Looking back...

Well here we are- it's Saturday August 22nd and baby Boynton #3 is not here yet- Yippee!! I really need this baby to hold on another week or two or three! I need to get back to work for a while to make some money and get my maternity leave- and then the rest of the 2009-2010 school year off! Which I am really excited for and nervous about as well. We will be fine- just financially we will be taking a huge cut. But it is what we will need to do for this year- just too hard for 3 in day care, too hard for me that is! Hard to get all 3 out the door! I can only imagine! I can't get myself out usually!

This summer has just been the best! (I wanted to say it was "da bomb!"- too dorky?) but how could it not be! We have done so much and I have really tried to enjoy and savor up every minute!

Zachary has just grown sooo much! I really hate that I wanted him too. Such a crazy situation we are in having this new baby so close in age to him. - But he is doing so well! Finally doing a little bit of sign language- and talking so much more! Mostly jibber jabber- but sometimes it sounds like words, "oh boy", "mine", "ma", "Hi Daddy"! He is a pro at climbing and going down the slide in our yard, running around, playing with toys, playing with balls, and caveman conking the t-ball- and he has been doing great with the library puzzles and ours too. He is just such a sweetie- and I love being reminded of it when I see him with others.

Jenna- oh boy- this girl! She is just amazing! Now holding her breath and going under while swimming- and now attempting and pretty much doing- swimming under water! And really what can't she do? She has had so much fun playing with the neighbors and her friends and cousins and brother all summer. Every day "where are we going today?" or "What are we doing today?" she loves to do and go! She has been doing great with writing her name (JAnnQ)- pretty much how it looks! And coloring in the lines. She has been working hard on this color by number princess picture that Grandma B. brought over last night- she is so focused and really gets into what she is doing. Oh and has been hitting the whiffle ball from the pitch lately too- and loves riding her new bike. Now I just need to get settled on a pre-school for her. Nothing like last minute!!

It is hard to believe summer has come and gone! I know I will be home shortly with 3 soon. But this summer and time with 2 has just been so wonderful! I am so lucky to have the life I do!!

Here are a few pictures, they definitely helped me reminisce this summer:

Summer T-ball, she got her first trophy!

Like I said- she is holding her breath and swimming under!

This one is from Scott's parents Lake House- they had a 4th of July celebration and we checked out the DJ for a bit- the kids were doing the Cha Cha slide! So adorable! "Everybody clap your hands...Charlie Brown"

We made it to a Sox game! Zachary's 1st! He was the life of the party! Dancing and "yesing" through the whole game!

Playing nicely one morning togther- Poor Zach that there is sooo much Princess going on in this house!

Zachary got a new pair of shoes! And he was so excited and proud! Just showing me how big he has gotten and how much he truely understands everything! My Bubba!

Here she is on her new bike! She has gotten so big too- I hate that I won't see her on her little tricycle anymore...

Playing with her best buds! Our neighbors- twins- Kyle and Emma. We are so fortunate to have them so close by!

Daddy's new job! He is working hard for a company called Safety Kleen. And surprised the kids by stopping by the house in his work truck! Cool!!

Our tiny dancer. Jenna did a Dance Camp this summer- she even got to tie-dye her shirt she is wearing.

We went to the beach with my great friends, Melissa and Sarah B. This totally depicts how much fun these two have together!! Cracking each other up all summer!!

Here I am- 36 weeks along... Baby #3 we are excited to meet you! But you just hold on a few more weeks! ;)

And our 4th of July Family photo... what a great 2009 summer together!

Kentucky 2009

We got home from our annual Kentucky trip yesterday night. It was really fun and only a bit challenging chasing around Zach and Jenna without Scott. The drive down was long! But we had really fun stops to keep the kids and myself moving and upbeat! We stopped at a great rest stop and had a picnic and then a DQ stop later. Yummmm! (DQ sounds good right now!!)

The few days flew by with lots of pool and beach time. We really have grown to appreciate it and love it there! Jenna just enjoyed it so much! And Zach did too, although his sleeping was all out of whack and that was hard- but totally worth it! We look forward to many more fun years there!

Here are some of my favorite pics from the trip:

Jumping in the pool! She was such a great swimmer this year!

One of the many wonderful and creative projects Julie brought. Her pet rocks "Bat" and "Island" made with great help from Auntie Megan.

All of us Hillary's.

Our last dip in the pool before leaving for home.

My babes at the beach.

Summer 2009

Well here we are August 1st! Where does the time go? And I am due in 6 weeks! Another little Boynton! I am getting very excited- it is a lot to think about. But if this baby is even half as wonderful as Jenna and Zachary are- life will be perfect! Busy, wild and perfect!

We have been busy keeping up with Jenna's activities. All are finished now. Soccer, t-ball, swim lessons, and dance camp. All have been very fun and cute to watch. Just unbelievable that it is over. Now just a couple of weeks until I am back to work for a stint and then baby!

We are leaving Monday for our annual Kentucky trip with my family. Unfortunately Scott is unable to come. His new job, and baby on the way, make it hard for him to take a week off right now. But hopefully he will get some much needed time to himself. And we will have a fun time with my fam. Auntie Megan as my nanny! I hope she is ready!!

Jenna got a new bike yesterday. She is so good at it- and we went on about 7 walks today keeping up with her new hobby. I can't believe that she is riding a bike now! I am sad that I won't see her on her tricycle riding in front of me on our walks anymore... but she is very happy and definitely is ready for a bike.

Here are some pics of the bike:

Her first time on it after assembly.

Zach wanted to ride it! (Click on this one to see it bigger- Zach is priceless!!!)

Loving every second on her new bike!

Zach is so funny and a handfull. But that is a 17 month old for you! He loves dogs "puppy" and bubbles "bubble" and blowing bubbles in the bath. My dare devil for sure! He climbs up and gets down the slide and is really listening and understanding so well! He loves turning on and off switches and throwing things in the garbage. Of course hates diaper changes. But most recently gave up the paci- not on his account. Mine. And it has been a week now and he has done great!! Fussy at times- but going to bed without a fight and getting through the day. My boy is getting so big! Loves giving hugs and waves Hi and Bye to everyone! That cute limp wrist wave. I have to get it on tape soon!
